I had a wonderful stay at a lovely cottage in a convenient location near the coast. the property was well presented, clean, and tidy. the hosts ensured I had a comfortable stay by promptly responding to my needs and even delivering missing supplies on the same day. the cottage was bigger than I expected and the key collection and drop off process was extremely easy. I appreciated the smart central heating system during the cold weather. the neighbors were friendly and the location was ideal for walking to Bridlington and exploring the surrounding areas.
It was a pleasant experience and I would definitely stay at Swift Cottage again. Cons: Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Loved how I had to park across the street because someone blocked the access to the garage, so much fun! The radiators were not on when I arrived, but hey, who needs warmth in the bedrooms, right?
Oh, just the fact that there were "a couple" of maintenance issues and no local shop nearby. How delightful!

The value for money at Swift Cottage was excellent and the room exceeded our expectations. The location was convenient, with easy access to surrounding roads and a short walk to the coastal path. The staff were prompt in addressing any concerns and even left some chocolate goodies for us.
The food for breakfast could have been better with more variety and options available.

The location of the cottage is perfect, being near Sewerby Park and the coastal path, offering easy access to surrounding roads. the management team promptly responds to any issues, ensuring a pleasant stay. the cottage is well presented and comfortable, providing a warm and clean environment.
The lack of clear instructions in the welcome pack, particularly regarding the central heating and hot water, caused some initial stress and disappointment.

The location of the cottage was absolutely perfect! We were able to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing Christmas getaway. The cottage itself was very comfortable, warm, and clean. The two facts on offer were a well-presented property and off-street parking. We also appreciated the fact that the kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of utensils, allowing us to cook as we wished.
There were a couple of maintenance issues during our stay, such as a rocky dining table and a faulty shower thermostat. Although these issues should have been resolved by now, they did cause some inconvenience.

We had a small issue with the central heating not working, but the owner was quick to help us over the phone and guide us through fixing it ourselves. It was a minor inconvenience, but we appreciated their prompt assistance. The cottage itself was very comfortable, spacious, and well-presented. Despite the poor weather, we still enjoyed a thoroughly enjoyable week. The smart central heating was a bonus during the cold weather. The location was also great, with easy access to Bridlington and a short walk to Sewerby Hall. We even had lovely neighbors during our stay. I would happily recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
